1- All the students are compulsorily required to reach the school minimum five
minutes before the school timings. Late comers shall have to go back home.
School shall have no responsibility of the late
comers left outside school gate by parents.
2- Students reporting without proper school uniform will be sent back home.
Private dress is allowed only on the Birthday of the child.
3- The "Form of undertaking" should be completed and signed by the parent.
It must be submitted to the Class Teacher as soon as possible.
4- All acts of indiscipline/ misbehaveour/ stealing/ quarreling/ willful damage to school property etc will be
considered for an appropriate penel action by the school discipline comittee.
5- Use Of mobile phone, dyeing Of hair, keeping long hair (more than two inches), wearing Of costly wrist watch,
jwellery, possession of adult magazine & consumption of "Pan Masala/Gutka", use of eraser ink by the
students is strictly prohibited. Students not confirming to this rule will be expelled compulsorily.
6- Short leave is banned except on medical grounds. Parents must not send their wards to school
if they are suffering from an infections/ contagious disease.
7- No parent is allowed to meet any teacher during school working hours.
Report Card will have to be signed by the Parent on PTM day.
8- Pupils must bring this Diary everyday to school.
It is compulsory for them to write Home Work/ Assignment daily.
Parents must sign the diary daily.
9- Parents/ Guardians are expected to make sure that their ward(s)
complete their Home Work/ Assignment given by teacher on time.
10- Leave of absence will be granted to student on application in advance through parents only. In case of long leave due
to health reasons parents are requested to submit a valid medical certificate at the time of joining of the school by the child.
11- All students & teachers should try to speak in English in the school campus.
Class teachers will encourage students to speak in English in class during activities from class-I to XII positively.
12- All the parents are requested to note that their ward don't drive to school on
scooter/ motercycle/ car without valid Driving Licence.
13- Students whose attendance is found less than 75% in thé academic session will not be allowed to
appear in the Annual Examination nor will it be promoted to next class.
14. Monthly tuition fee of the student can be deposited by the 20 of the every month.
Otherwise after 20 a fine of Rs. 10/per daywill be charged.
